First of all – thank you for taking the time to complete the WeChange.AI assessment. Your feedback has helped build a rich picture of these experiences.

The report is designed to play back your team’s results in a clear, accessible format. It’s not a set of instructions, it’s a guide to help you reflect, plan, and lead your own change. You know your service best. This module gives you the insight and tools to act on what matters most to you, with enough detail and resources to support meaningful progress.

Whether you’re a manager, a Change Agent, or a team member, this is your opportunity to explore the findings together, identify what’s important, and decide how you want to move forward.

How can this help you?

The Learning, Recommendations & Resources Module is part of the WeChange.AI service. Each page in the module presents a different aspect of your team’s assessment results. You’ll find insights into your digital confidence, time spent on tasks, application usage, motivations for change, and more. You’ll also see tailored recommendations, learning resources, and examples to help you take action. It’s purpose is three fold:

  • To provide your teams assessment results – as understanding how you’re spending time, your technology confidence and your collective motivations supports change.
  • To provide in context recommendations – you know your service best, in the report you’ll find a vast array of resources alongside your teams results. Look through the application recommendations, consider if they are applicable to your services and agree whether you want to introduce them. Consider this alongside your motivations for change, you’ll be surprised how much time you can save just with small tweaks to how you work, using technology you already own.
  • As a point in time reference – you’ll note the data at the top of most pages. Understanding where you are with technology at a point in time is important as we often make iterative improvements and these should be celebrated. The WeChange.AI service has been designed to be undertaken annually, so next year we can show how you’ve progressed.

We’d recommend managers and Change Agents working through the results, or during a team meeting. Use the findings to shape your plans and refer back to it as your needs evolve. The report is designed to be used collaboratively and flexibly, because change works best when it’s led by the people closest to the work – and that’s you.
