We were born from decades of experience in public and private sector transformation, where we saw the limitations of the existing approaches to change and adoption. In response, we developed a methodology that blends academic research, best practice frameworks, and real-world insight—refined since 2018 and continuously evolving through our commitment to Continuous Service Improvement.

Our founder, Andrew Boxall, brings a unique blend of technical depth and strategic vision. After leading IT and engineering teams across sectors, he joined Microsoft in 2022 to design and deliver the global Innovate Together programme. That same spirit of innovation and collaboration now drives WeChange.AI.
