Andrew Boxall founded WeChange.AI in 2024 with a clear mission: to make organisational change not just manageable, but meaningful, measurable, and scalable. Drawing on a career that spans public sector transformation, manufacturing, and nearly four years at Microsoft—where he started the now global initiative Innovate Together – Andrew brings a rare blend of strategic vision and technical depth to the challenge of digital adoption.
Andrew is deeply committed to sharing best practices at scale—ensuring that the lessons learned through WeChange.AI benefit not just clients, but the wider change and transformation community. He’s passionate about helping others succeed and is building a company that does things differently: one that challenges the status quo of how change and adoption have traditionally been delivered.

Commercial Director – Rick Metcalf is Commercial Director and Board Member at WeChange.AI, bringing over three decades of commercial leadership experience from global technology giants including Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Adobe. His career has been defined by helping organisations adopt transformative technologies while aligning commercial strategy with value.
Rick’s deep expertise in software licensing, procurement, and enterprise commercial models plays a critical role in shaping how clients adopt technology responsibly and cost-effectively. His knowledge ensures that organisations not only embrace innovation but do so with clarity, compliance, and commercial confidence.
Sam Bright
Partnerships Director – Sam Bright is Chairman of Bespoke.XYZ, a leading consultancy specialising in Microsoft Power Platform and AI-driven business solutions. With a strong background in digital transformation and enterprise strategy, Sam has helped organisations across sectors embrace low-code technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Peter Boxall
Affectionately known as “Dad” – brings decades of transformation and leadership experience to the WeChange.AI team.
A professional production engineer since 1976, Peter began his career as a change agent in 1980, later earning an MSc in Manufacturing Systems Management. He’s led innovation across industries—from pioneering CNC and FMS technologies at Jaguar to directing manufacturing at Holland & Holland, and running his own bespoke shotgun business. Today, he continues to drive technical advancement in laser engraving, offering the team a steady hand and deep business insight. Change clearly runs in the family—his daughter Katie (Andrew’s sister) is also transforming the UK’s energy infrastructure.

Finance Manager – Kate Metcalf has nearly six years’ public sector finance experience, including a four-year apprenticeship at Birmingham City Council. She’s skilled in accounts payable, procurement, and budget monitoring, recently passed AAT Level 4, and is preparing for ACCA. Known for initiative and precision, she’s passionate about using finance to support community impact.
At WeChange, Kate ensures financial operations run smoothly and transparently, helping drive the organisation’s mission to empower positive change.
Julius Pope
Data & Insights Lead at WeChange.AI – where he has been a key part of the team since January 2025, delivering the data and insights that underpin the company’s framework for change. His entire career has been rooted in the Microsoft data ecosystem, with over five years of experience in data consultancy roles focused on turning complex data into actionable insight. Julius combines deep technical expertise with strong visual storytelling—using tools like Power BI to craft compelling visualisations that help organisations understand, engage with, and act on change.
Izzy Pochin
Resources & Accessibility lead – Bringing extensive experience in training development, disability, and digital inclusion, Izzy has over 12 years of public sector experience and has been recognized with awards for her contributions to coproduction in design and inclusion. Izzy is passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and leverages her lived and professional experiences to inspire and motivate others. Her approach focuses on achieving meaningful change through small, actionable steps, aligning with WeChange’s mission to make organizational change manageable and impactful.
Steve Morgan
Steve joins WeChange.AI as our official filmmaker, bringing a wealth of experience from the film and television industry. Best known as Producer and Director of Grand Designs, Steve has spent years crafting compelling stories and visually stunning narratives.
At WeChange.AI, Steve works part-time to capture the essence of our customer success stories. From internal playback videos to public celebrations of transformation, his expertise ensures every story is told with authenticity and impact. Alongside his role with us, Steve continues to run his successful production company, and we’re thrilled he’s chosen to share his talent with our team.
