Day 2: AI in Daily Work, Ethics and Prompt Crafting (virtual via Microsoft Teams) – 4th November
Turn first-day insights into action. Share what you tried, learn about the main types of AI used at work (generative, predictive, conversational, vision), cover essentials of responsible AI, and practise prompt writing with a conversational assistant.

Homework: Post one new idea for using AI in your work to the Teams channel.
Day 3: Advanced AI Solutions and Innovation (virtual via Microsoft Teams) – 11th November

Experiment with creative AI for presentations or images, then begin drafting an AI initiative plan using a simple template and peer feedback.
Final session: Planning your AI initiative – create a draft project proposal ready to refine.
Homework: Refine your AI initiative plan and prepare to present it on Day 4.
